SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are carefully prepared and typically ship within 3–5 business days. Fragile and oversized antique pieces may require additional time for secure packaging.

Packaging We take great care in packaging every piece to ensure it arrives safely. Fragile items are wrapped in protective materials and double-boxed where needed.

Shipping Carriers We ship via UPS / USPS. Shipping times vary by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Insurance We strongly recommend shipping insurance on all orders. If your item arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours.

 

Oversized & Freight Items Due to the dimensional size and weight of certain pieces — including large architectural salvage, stools, mirrors, and similar items — standard shipping rates may not apply. UPS and other carriers calculate shipping on these items based on box dimensions, not actual weight, which can significantly affect the cost.

For oversized items, shipping is quoted individually prior to purchase. Please contact us before ordering so we can provide an accurate freight quote. We want to make sure there are no surprises at checkout!
