A small sculptural wood hen transformed by hand in the Open Window Restore studio with a richly layered, timeworn patina.
Soft blue-green, earthy brown and aged neutral tones move across the textured surface, giving this simple folk-art form the character of an old European garden or farmhouse find. The worn, imperfect finish is intentional and makes this one-of-a-kind piece especially beautiful tucked into a bookshelf, kitchen vignette or collection of vintage objects.
